Remark

Bang Pluang 1 and Bang Pluang 2 Project are located under the expropriation area. However 17AYH and SUPER have finished removing PV modules, other machinery and construction out of such expropriation area and seeking approval from the ERC, PEA and other related governmental agencies already. In the process of land expropriation, there must be a land survey, separation of land title deeds that are under expropriation area, release mortgage condition of such land title deeds and sell those separated lands to the relevant government agencies to proceed in accordance with the law on the expropriation of immovable property (currently, 17AYH has completed the process of land survey already. The new land area of Bang Pluang 1 after the separation of existing land title deeds is around 79 Rai 3 Ngarn 97.4 Sq.wah and the new land area of Bang Pluang 2 after the separation of existing land title deeds is around 68 Rai 3 Ngarn 91.4 Sq.wah). In this regard, the Fund (by the Management Company) has the right to register and release the mortgage condition of the said separated plots of land, which does not affect the power plant operations of Bang Pluang 1 and the Bang Pluang 2 in order to transfer the sale to related governmental agencies.
